To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Darius. I am the co-owner of a pet care business by the name of Dorothy’s Petcare. Our company specializes in caring for dogs. We’ve been in business for fifteen years quite successfully and we’re now looking to expand. Our client base is located on the Upper West Side from about 66th street to 115th street from Central Park West to Riverside Drive, however, we are very interested in finding out what you may have available in the Washington Heights area. We already have an established client base so this is the right time for us to expand. We’re looking for at least a 1000 square foot storefront in the Washington Heights and/or the lower Inwood area. We’re planning on offering doggie day care, boarding, grooming and a small bit of retail. As long as it’s an open space and there’s a great deal of foot traffic passing by regularly and we’re not too far from a park, that’s good. If you’d like any more information about us, please visit us on line at . Our web site is quite informative.
Please feel free to email us but if you’d prefer to call me directly, my cell phone number is 917-806-4863.
Thank you very much for your attention and we’re looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Darius and Dorothy
