Italian Designer Sale at Loehmann’s!

19 02 2010

Every fashionista in NYC knows that if you want designer brands at shockingly low discount prices, you head to Loehmann’s. Whether you are looking for oversized Chloe Sunglasses, Seven brand jeans, or a Valentino evening dress, Loehmann’s has it all at a fraction of the price. One of my favorite sections is shoes, as it’s filled with the latest styles of leather boots, classic pumps, and strappy summer sandals.

Right now, shoppers have the chance to shop Italian designers at up to 85 percent off! New fashions are arriving from Moschino, Versace, Just Cavalli, Philosophy, Valentino, and Plein Sud. I suggest the Chelsea location ay 7th Avenue and 16th Street, right nearby space for lease 88 7th Avenue. A gorgeous ready to go built out space with a spiral staircase and full kitchen, it’s ideal for expanding your restaurant!

Hillary Flowers Celebrates Anniversary with Sale!

5 11 2009

hillaryOne of Besen Retail’s favorite shops in the city, Hillary Flowers Boutique on the Lower East Side, is celebrating its second anniversary throughout November. Hillary is offering 20 percent off merchandise for the entire month of November! The shop has been very successful despite the recession, selling jewelry, clothing, and other accessories.

I met with Hilary last month to learn more about her shop and her one-of-a-kind retail concept. She uses what is called a “rent-a-rack” system, where upcoming designers can rent a portion of the shop to sell their items,  testing the market for their products. If you are anything like me, you want to buy unique items that you won’t see on every other New Yorker, and Flower’s boutique is the place to find it. Need a party dress for an upcoming birthday or event? Hillary says that most of her clients hit up her store for just that.

Take a walk down to 40 Clinton Street, and stop in for this sale. Visit www.hillaryflowers.com for more info, or my article “Hillary Flowers: Unique and Chic.”
