Underground Bakery Opens in Chinatown

Macao Trading Co. pastry chef Victoria Howe is expanding her baking expertise to her own underground bakery on December 27th. The Chinatown Cake Club will launch in the 25-year-old’s apartment in Chinatown. Invited guests will have four hours to sample as many of Howe’s sweets as they like, along with coffee and tea for $10. Visitors can taste the desserts that Howe always wanted to make, along with her traditional treats like Bavarian Cream Cake.
